In our Digital & Marketing team, we take our lead from Tesco customers. With the kind of insight that no other bank can boast, we listen to what customers want then we use it as the foundation for everything we do.

When did you join Tesco Bank?

December 2009.

Where were you before Tesco Bank?

With Lloyds Banking Group in London.

What made you move to Tesco Bank?

There were 3 key attractions – first was the scope of the job. My passion is digital technology enhancing the customers’ experience. The second was the organisation – the corporate culture here fits well with my own beliefs. Lastly it is the people I work with – I already knew quite a few people from other organisations. It’s a smaller financial services industry in Scotland and lots of people know each other.

What is your team like? 

It’s a great team. Another key attraction for me was that I was the first person in my team and I got to hand-pick/recruit every single member of my team. I see it as my ‘A’ Team!
